This Refund and Return Policy governs refunds and returns for purchases made on IMPACT-Gaming website shop. By making a purchase in our Online Shop, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Refunds

1.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the purchased item(s) within a reasonable time frame.
  • Unauthorized purchases: If an unauthorized purchase is made from your account, and you notify us promptly.

1.2 Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the purchase, providing details of the issue and proof of purchase.

1.3 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment or, if not possible, as in-game currency or credits. Refunds are subject to review and approval by our team.

1.4 Non-refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to consumable items, Subscription Kit if claimed,  Tributes and Artifacts.

2. Returns

2.1 Return Eligibility: We do not accept returns for digital items purchased in the Shop unless required by law.

2.2 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive items or dinos which are not as stated when making purchase, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the purchase date for assistance.

2.3 Return Process: Returns are subject to review and approval by our team. If a return is approved, instructions will be provided for the return process.
